Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfilment centres across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products. When you receive your tracking number, you can track your order on our tracking page. 

If you did not receive your tracking number when you received the shipping confirmation email, please let us now! 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?


If you want to cancel your order, you can do so within the 24 hours of placing your order. If the item has already shipped, please email support@wintercocoon.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line ‘CANCEL’.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!


If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email . If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

After the product has been shipped, we will not be responsible and will not be able to proceed to a refund if you submitted a wrong address.

We are not responsible for misspelled addresses and names. If the packet is returned to our depot, the customer will be charged to resend the parcel.

We ask all our customers to double-check their personal information, once the parcel is shipped, we are not able to cancel any orders. Be aware of that.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 


We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment. If this happens to you, please contact us the date of delivery with:     

  • Your order number.     
  • Pictures or a video of the damaged product.

Once received, we’ll be happy to send out another free of charge.

DUTIES/VAT

Depending upon your country, being required to pay duties and/or VAT on your order is certainly possible. It is not possible for us to estimate any duties/taxes in advance, or to charge you for this amount. If a Duty or VAT is owed to your country’s customs department, the customs department will notify you when the package arrives in your country. The customer is liable to pay this Duty or VAT. 

No duties or VAT are owed for orders being delivered within the USA.

Wow!

I ordered and rceived the 4 blade fan within 2 days from Amazon to use with my fireplace. This thing is awesome! I have a very open Floorplan in my manufactured home with family room, living room, dining room, and kitchen all exposed to the fireplace. The fireplace usually keeps this area at 68 degrees on cold days. Today was cloudy and in the low 40s so I lit my fireplace up at 3pm to test my new fan. The temperature in the common area is now a toasty 72 degrees at 6pm. I am so glad I got this unit. Now I do not have to run my noisy fans in my zero clearance fireplace. Thank you Voda for this fantastic product!

update to never received

after i told company i hadnt received fan a month or so after ordered, customer service was responsive n sent one out a few days after i contacted them. ended up receiving original a week or so later too. so worked out good got two fans n they didnt want me to send one back but still took over a month to receive order.
